La Roche University’s International Management major is designed to help students understand the international aspects of managing a business enterprise.

Varied Curriculum
This major helps you to become familiar with the international economic and legal environment through a comprehensive review of:
- International trade
- Foreign investment
- The international monetary and legal systems
You’ll also develop a global perspective by learning a foreign language, studying world geography and world politics, and by taking other courses with an international emphasis.
Internships
Students are strongly encouraged to pursue internships while in the program. Past students have held internships at the U.S. Department of Commerce, the World Affairs Council, U.S. Steel, Koppers and the City of Pittsburgh.
Expert Faculty
The international management faculty, all of whom have advanced degrees in their disciplines, also have a wealth of international business experience. Instructors come from various backgrounds, including careers in development banking, international finance and international law.
